Assignment: Narrative about Joao Gonzaga and his company.

For my assignment is selected Joao Gonzaga. Joao Gonzaga is the founder of kyntal.

Mr. Gonzaga started his career in the mobile industry. Therefore he traveled a lot through Europe, South America and Asia. So this shows that he has a lot of experience in traveling and in different cultures. Before he starts his career he finished his graduation as an engineer. So he has deep knowledge about technology and there especially in the mobile industry. He collected also experience in many different areas like consulting, major brands advertising and mobile strategy. So his knowledge includes a wide range of business and technology aspects. This combination of special knowledge in business and technology is very good to start your own business like kyntal.

Kyntal is a mobile-based and it is a service which redefines how users discover places and events nearby based on their personal interests. He developed kyntal with a partner. How does the app works in detail:

First step:

For Starting that special kind of business he really has to be determined and ambitious. And that is the way how I got to know him. I was very impressed the way he talks about his business. I could feel his convenience and how focus he is to reach his aims. It was obvious that he puts a lot of love in the foundation of kyntal. He is that kind of business-man who will never give up and work very accurately.

I am not able to say if Joao Gonzaga is a good leader but the characteristics speaks for him. He is open and friendly. He is that determined to reach his aim and to be successful with kyntal that he never could be a “bad” leader. He is purposeful and works with a partner which indicates that he is a team player and is able to lead.
